CRISP System Maintenance:
CRISP Automation can offer maintenance services on all of the CRISP/16 and CRISP/32 products, both hardware & software maintenance. As well, we can roll the cost of maintaining your DEC equipment into the same agreement. We stock at Salem Automation a complete line of Classic and I/Onyx I/O products, insuring the replacement parts will be available when you need them.
Backup DEC Equipment:
CRISP Automation can supply you a backup VAX system to have hardware spares onsite to support your production VAX(s). This is a much less expensive method of supporting your DEC equipment in comparison to having a DEC hardware maintenance agreement.
Systems Integration Work:
CRISP Automation and our select few integrators are able to meet virtually any automation needs you may have. Within our organizations we have experience with many of the DCS Systems, PLC-based products, HMIUs, PC SCADA/DCS packages, networking, I/O products, etc.. CRISP System Expansions:
CRISP Automation, teamed with Salem Automation has been doing a number of upgrades and expansions for our customers. We can provide new CRISP I/O Hardware or PLC-based I/O or whatever I/O you desire, along with software to tie it all together with your existing CRISP system. CRISP Source Code:
We have recently been making available to our customers the option of purchasing CRISP Source Code. Some customers feel a bit more secure having their hands on it and others desire having it so in the future they can continue to develop our software in a direction which may not be the same as what CRISP is doing. Once again, give Ken Wild a call if you have any interest. It can be purchased directly or added into the cost of your CRISP maintenance agreement.
